Feral Interactive’s done it again—the studio behind impressive console-to-mobile ports of games from the Tomb Raider and Hitman series recently announced that it’s been working on a port of Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, which launches on iOS and Android this September 8.
The mobile port brings the full console experience directly to touchscreens, and players can tackle the campaign solo or team up with up to three friends in online co-op. Temple of Osiris also supports fully customizable touchscreen controls along with native support for gamepads, as well as mouse and keyboard setups.
Meanwhile, players can also choose to swap Lara’s signature dual pistols for heavier weapons including shotguns, machine guns, and flamethrowers, alongside stat-boosting rings and amulets to enhance performance. Each level also comes with challenges including timed runs, high score records, and hidden collectibles.
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris was originally launched back in 2014 as a sequel to Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, which featured similar twin-stick action-oriented gameplay. The game was initially available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows, and eventually the Nintendo Switch and even Google Stadia.
Players can jump into the game right away at launch with a free first level, with the option to unlock the complete game and all included DLC via a single in-app purchase. You can check out the game here.
