Sony has confirmed November’s PlayStation Plus Essential monthly games: Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered and Monster Train 2, all claimable from Tuesday 3 November to Monday 30 November 2026.
“Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered, Monster Train 2 form your PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for November,” the announcement on PlayStation.Blog reads. The post, published on Wednesday 28 October by Sony’s Adam Michel, lists Dead Island 2 and Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered on PS5 and PS4, with Monster Train 2 on PS5 only.
Dead Island 2, the 2023 zombie action game that spent close to a decade in development, is the headline title. Sony’s post notes its online three-player co-op, with players choosing from six Slayers. Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered bundles The Last Revelation, Chronicles and The Angel of Darkness, with the option to swap between the original polygonal models and remastered graphics at any time. Monster Train 2 is a single-player deckbuilding roguelite from Shiny Shoe, adding five new clans over its predecessor.
Anything claimed stays playable after the window closes for as long as the subscriber remains on any PlayStation Plus tier.
The combined PS Store price of the three games sits at about US$96.97: reportedly US$41.99 for Dead Island 2, US$29.99 for Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered and US$24.99 for Monster Train 2, figures collected from the US store on 28 October. Australian store pricing for the trio is not confirmed in this lineup announcement, so the local value of the bundle is not yet known.
Subscribers have until Monday 2 November to claim this month’s Essential games, F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2, before the November titles arrive on 3 November.
Monster Train 2 is also due new DLC, The Punished, on 10 November, reportedly adding another clan to the roster. Sony will announce November’s PS Plus Extra and Premium Game Catalog additions separately, later in the month.
