Limited Run Games is making a physical release for Rise of the Tomb Raider on Nintendo Switch 2, the company has announced.
This is the full, proper cartridge version. Fans will be able to choose between a standard copy and a collector’s edition. The latter includes a steelbook, trinity patch, and light up Divine Source replica desk ornament.
The game previously launched as a digital download during the summer. Below is an official overview:
Our fierce explorer is back to encounter the unknown. Embark on Lara’s most treacherous journey through Siberia to the lost city of Kitezh and unlock the mysteries of the past.
An Exhilarating Story — Outwit the insidious secret society, Trinity, and their paramilitary operatives as you race to uncover the Divine Source, said to harness the power of immortality, hidden deep in the Siberian wilderness.
Challenging Puzzle Tombs — Follow in the footsteps of those before you—the legendary Prophet, the ancient Remnant civilization, and Trinity—to outwit environmental puzzles and ancient traps guarding the relics within.
Dynamic Combat — Prove you’re worthy of the Croft legacy as you outmaneuver enemies using scavenged supplies and Lara’s versatile arsenal. Engage in combat or utilize stealth to silently eliminate Trinity soldiers.
